How do I login?
Single Sign on activated – when logged into your school device. But can be accessed from any device with full login credentials.

How does Computeam Compass help us meet DfE Digital Standards?
Compass breaks down each DfE standard into clear, actionable questions and tasks. It enables you to assign responsibilities, track progress, upload evidence and generate reports for inspections or audits. The platform covers all 12 standards, including broadband, cloud solutions, cyber security, accessibility, leadership, filtering, devices, cabling, switching, servers, wireless networks and IT Support Standard.
Is Compass secure and compliant with data protection regulations?
Yes. Compass uses Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure access and offers granular permissions for different roles. All data is handled in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection legislation. Audit logs and evidence trails are built-in for compliance.
Can Compass be used for both single schools and MATs?
Absolutely. Access can be given on a role-by-role basis, or school by school. You choose how many and which school a staff member can see, whether that is one school or managing multiple schools from one dashboard.
What support and training does Computeam provide?
Computeam offers onboarding support, training sessions and ongoing consultancy (with Compass 360 packages). The platform is designed to be intuitive, but expert help is available for setup, strategy and troubleshooting.
How do we evidence compliance for inspections or audits?
Compass allows you to upload documents, log actions and export reports for each standard. All activity is timestamped and audit-ready.
How quickly can we get started?
Setup is straightforward. Most schools and trusts can be onboarded within days. Computeam provides guidance and support throughout the process, including data migration and initial configuration.
What happens if we need help or have a technical issue?
Computeam’s support team is available via phone, email and online chat. Priority support is included in consultancy packages, and all users have access to a help centre and knowledge base.
How does Compass help us improve, not just comply?
Compass 180 provides insights, benchmarking and compliance tracking - helping you to identify gaps, set improvement targets and monitor progress over time.
Compass 360 gives you all the above but also provides you with a termly strategic session with your allocated Computeam Education Consultant. They will guide you through developing the outcomes from Compliance into your School or Trust Improvement plans, supporting long-term digital transformation, not just tick-box compliance.
